BBS 2010 MFT Educator's Training Series - Save the Dates!

Due to the passage of SB 33 (Correa, 2009), which requires MFT programs to change their curriculum by August 1, 2012, the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) is offering a series of four one-day training classes aligned with the curriculum changes mandated by this legislation.

These trainings are free of charge and targeted at MFT educators. The BBS hopes you will take advantage of this opportunity to prepare your program for the upcoming changes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain pertinent information about subject matter and resources from experts in the field, many of whom are also educators.

We hope schools will take advantage of this opportunity and send one or two faculty members to each one-day training.

The Board of Behavioral Sciences is grateful for the generous assistance of AAMFT-California Division with developing the training format, securing trainers and offering continuing education units to attendees.

Training times may vary, but will generally last from 9 am to 4 pm.
